Since mid-April, Port of Antwerp-Bruges has had a new reporting and information point for the port. The reporting and information point is there for anyone who has questions about the port area, about the functioning of the port, about the Port Authority's operations and to submit reports of defects, odour nuisance, nuisance, safety, etc.
At the reporting and information point, both users of the port and local residents can ask questions and report defective public lighting, odour or noise nuisance, suspicious situations, nuisance caused by trucks from the port parked in residential neighbourhoods, and so on. You simply select the topic and a category for your question or report and you'll be taken straight to the right place.
