The General Terms and Conditions for Concessions in the Antwerp port area contain a number of general rules that apply to all concessions granted by Maatschappij Linkerscheldeoever and Port of Antwerp-Bruges in the port of Antwerp. Amongst other things, they define the terms and conditions governing the use of the concession, the liabilities and the procedures for the termination of a concession.
From 1 August 2024 onwards, new General Terms and Conditions will apply. This means that the transition period, as agreed with the delegations from KVBG, ABAS, Alfaport Voka, and Platform grootindustrie, will end on 31 July 2024.
Applications submitted after 31 July 2024, or those submitted before that date but lacking the required completeness, will be processed in accordance with the new General Terms and Conditions.
